![]() ![]() the game isn't really much, just walking around an Island of Lego objects, interacting with stuff, mucking around, and doing missions. it was a 3D, first person adventure game released for PCs in 1997. this game will always be remembered by me. to this day, it's still one of the coolest uses of the level select screen that I've ever seen. (Didn't work? go here: –Shatterhand_May13%2015_52_08.png) it looks like an epic Villainous lair of sorts, and the tune that plays along certainly helps the imagery. and I haven't seen a single thing like it. you start off in a simple level, but once you beat it, you're thrown into the level select screen. You're probably thinking, “Shatterhand? what on earth is that?” well, to make things short, it's an old action game on the NES, released in 1991 by jaleco. Sadly, I couldn't find it, but I have heard the soundtrack. that's how much of an effect music can have on me. ![]() but when I did, I immediately tried to find a copy of Xenoblade. city trial backside: Sky sands: 5: Xenoblade - Gaur Plains I, for one, hadn't heard this song until Smash 4. in particular, Sky Sands sounds more like a Legend of Zelda or Chrono Trigger song than a Kirby theme, and considering how it sounds, I'm surprised that it fits. Melee, and when you've got people like Jun Ishikawa, Hirokazu Ando, Shogo Sakai, and Tadashi Ikegami as your composers, you know you've got something good. the game had four composers, all of whom worked on Super Smash Bros. but if there's one thing that I can't get enough of, it's the soundtrack. 4: Kirby Air Ride - City Trial Backside, Sky Sands Yeah, yeah, I know what you're thinking: Kirby Air Ride? Why? I'll tell you why: sure, the game might seem simple. and then THIS kicks in: the soundtrack was composed by Miyoko Takaoka & Masanori Hikichi. so, with that on your mind, you set out across the land. it'll be a long and hard journey, you realise, but it'll be worth it. ![]() you're told that there is a way to remove the curse and undo everything, set everyone back to normal. “How could I have been so foolish, despite all those warnings, to break a rule I was told to follow my whole life?! to curse my family, my friends, everyone?!” when suddenly, you're given a glimpse of hope. you're frustrated and annoyed at yourself. despite warnings from a friend, you do it, and end up cursing your whole village. picture this: you've been dared by someone to go into a room that you were told your whole life to never enter. this song plays right at the best possible moment. it was composed by Terence Lee 3: Terranigma - Underworld Terranigma's a fairly unknown game, to me at least, as it was only released in PAL regions on the SNES. considering the game's gameplay and art style, nothing could have been better. it's just so upbeat and carefree, and makes me feel like doing something crazy, like free-running, jumping from rooftop to rooftop. 2: Dustforce: Cider Time though this is the most enjoyable song to me, the whole soundtrack's good. it's just….words cannot describe hearing a song this dramatic, right when you start the game. it sounds like the kind of song you'd hear in a movie, right when the hero decides he's going to save earth, no matter the consequences, or right when everything seems lost, and there's only one chance left to save the world. of course, other songs I like include: 1: H.A.W.X - Title theme (composed by Tom Salta and released as Ready Aurora) this song is just awesome. (primarily Europe, Australia & New Zealand.) this song is WAY more fast-paced than the NTSC one, and It's main instruments are an electric guitar and what sounds like a synth. BOTH of ‘em! first off, the NTSC (American) theme is a nice, suspenseful sounding piano song, and as a piano player myself, it’s a song I hope to learn one day. Top Gear Rally's main theme will always be remembered by me. Wait really? XD You know what the funny thing is? I firstly found Death Waltz (Piano Version) before the original version XDyou can listen to death waltz and owen was her on youtube.look up the synthesia version.I watched it like 1,000,000,000 time! ![]() ToxicQuillz wrote:UN Owen was Her is so awesome that it was linked twice. I like the Finale theme(buckle your pants)! Here are some of the best songs from those soundtracks: “Build That Wall” (Bastion): Finale Theme (Battleblock Theater): Cortez Battle Theme (Paper Mario TTYD): “The Battle of Lil' Slugger” (Super Meat Boy): “Beat the Angel” (Tales of Symphonia): Natural Killer Cyborg Theme (Mother 3): There are many more OST's and songs I like, but I can only mention so many.
